Everything Will Be OK
The current outbreak of COVID-19 virus is posing challenges for all of us. During this unprecedented time, we wanted to assure you that we are doing everything possible to safeguard your health as well as that of our employees. We will continue to do our best to meet your expectations and those of our partners for service, support and delivery of our products from our two plants in the United States.
Two weeks ago, we implemented the guidance included in the OSHA 3990. Home offices or flexible schedules were established for as many of our associates as possible but we are still available through the usual means: email, phone or cellphone, skype or other conference software like Zoom and Go To Meeting.
Our onsite activities are continuing with no foreseeable interruptions at the moment. However, we are putting in place all the suggested measures: social distancing, periodical sanitization, face masks and staggered shifts when needed in order to assure the safety of our people while minimizing service disruptions.
We will continue to monitor the situation and make the necessary modifications to balance your needs with the well-being of our staff and our local communities. The health and safety of our members and staff continues to remain our highest priority while remaining committed to providing you unmatched service as always.
